Ian came to our house, after calling him out to establish a smell we had in one room in the house. Having no idea why we had this damp smell he was quickly able to identify that an extractor fan from the utility room had stopped working and the conduit that carried the air to the outside had stagnant air inside that had come through the wall. New extractor and issue resolved!

I have got to know Ian over the last few years, he has worked with me on a couple of projects. Ian drew up plans for a full height side extension to our home. The planning process was not straight forward due to demands from the council however these were all overcome during the journey by Ian’s determination and attention to detail.
