Montotte Property Services was founded in 2008 and incorporated into Montotte Property Services Ltd in 2013.
Our People
Montotte Property Services Ltd has one full time member of staff. Ian Mackney, who is the founder and director.
During Ian’s 26 years working as a qualified Building Surveyor, he has amassed an enviable core network of highly skilled and trained consultants, covering all aspects of surveying and engineering. These experts are bought together as a team, as and when needed and are not kept on the permanent payroll. Meaning, the savings can be passed onto the client.

Geographical Area
With offices based near the M25, M1, M11, M40 and A406, we are ideally positioned to cover London and the Home Counties.

• Public Liability Insurance cover of £5million for each and every claim.
• Employer’s Liability Insurance cover of £10million for each and every claim.
Criminal Record Checks
We have passed the Enhanced DBS (Formerly CRB) checks to work with children, youth groups, schools, the disabled, vulnerable adults etc.
